The 1945 - Bourbon & Bourbon
Dixon Boots
The Story Behind The 1945
Dixon Boots has been making cowboy boots since 1889, when Henry Dixon, a preacher and part-time bootmaker, taught the craft to his sons Andy and Noble. In 1945, the brothers brought that craft from Oklahoma to Wichita Falls, Texas, and built a reputation as bootmakers who could stand up to a real working ranch without losing their shine. The 1945 carries that year in its name.
We're introducing two new colorways to The 1945: a full bourbon calfskin for a rich, monochrome look, and a two-tone version with a bourbon calfskin vamp and an olive suede shaft for something with a little more range. Both keep the boot's signature 11 inch shaft, square toe, and 1 1/4 inch roper heel.
Every pair is Goodyear welted and lined in calfskin, built to be comfortable from the first wear and durable enough to hold up to real use, not just a night out. Fits true to size.
