    Fantastic boot!

    I bought the 7 instead of 6.5 (which is my usual size) and I can honestly say that was the best choice. They’re B width which is a little too narrow for me so the 7 gives my foot the right space in the toe box. I can wear standard low socks and not feel restricted. My toe hits just at the point where the shoe starts to narrow (where my finger is pointing in the 2nd photo) so my toes are safe from squishing into the point. So yeah - WORTH IT! And if your feet are wide like mine, consider going up a half size.

How does The Rainey run?

True to size. The Rainey's toe box runs a touch roomier than other shorties on the market — most customers stay in their everyday US size. Half down if you have high arches or narrow heels.

Is The Rainey comfortable enough for all-day wear?

How do I break in The Rainey?

Around the house first, then short outings — coffee shop, grocery run — for the first week. The Rainey breaks in faster than the tall shaft styles because the zip-up reduces ankle pressure. Don't soak them.
