How does The Perry Lane run?
True to size. Slightly narrower last than The Rainey or Guadalupe — this is our dressy style, built for cleaner lines. If you have wide feet, consider The Rainey instead.
Is The Perry Lane comfortable enough for all-day wear?
Yes. Perry Lane is built for the long haul — weddings, dinners, music festivals, whatever the day asks of you. Goodyear welt and a cushioned insole do the heavy lifting; three to five wears before a full day on your feet is the sweet spot.
How do I break in The Perry Lane?
Two to four wears before the day you actually want them on. Around the house, to the office, on a date, to dinner. Whatever you're heading into — wedding, festival, the show — by the time it matters, they're yours.
How do I care for the leather?
The Caviar and Rebelle of the Ball Black both take a neutral leather cream every couple months. Buff with a soft cloth before formal events; we don't recommend polish on the finishes.
